HOW IT WORKS
Associates interested in specific roles are invited to submit application notes outlining their coverage of the
requirements and a tailored CV.
TEA then advises associates on any changes that need to be made to either of these documents before
submission along with a note on contractual obligations, should the associate be successful
through a TEA introduction.
Once these notes and tailored CV have been agreed, the application is made. This could be by TEA or
by the associate with contact details provided. In the case of agency roles where TEA has made the
application, agency contact information will be provided so that individuals can then follow up their
applications directly.
Associates are expected to keep TEA advised of the progress made on an application.
